Booking Confirmation
Travel Expenses
Chantelle (Make up ) 20 mile radius from Islip.
Crystal (Hair) 20 mile radius from Higham Ferrers.
Other hair / make up please check at time of booking
Anything over is charged as follows:
over 20 miles away £25
over 30 miles - please call to check, we do not normally travel outside 30 mile radius.
Cancellations
- We require 24 hours notice for hair and beauty cancellations otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% is incurred.
This is to cover time lost - Cancellations of bridal hair or make up packages require at least two months notice in writing, otherwise a
cancellation fee of 50% of the final amount is incurred. - In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend you on your wedding day, we have alternative hair and make
up artists available, or we will refund your total balance including deposit.
Booking Confirmation
- We require a deposit of £50 for both hair & make up to hold your wedding day and to cover your hair and make
up trial. You are not obliged to book us for the wedding day, but all deposits are non-refundable and are taken
off the final balance. - Consultations at our premises are free and without obligation
- Bridal packages will be invoiced 2 weeks before the wedding date. Payment is due 1 week before the day.
Payment on the day is acceptable by previous arrangement only.
Travel Expenses
- Travel to the bride's wedding venue is included up to a 20 mile radius. This will vary depending on which
hairstylist / make up artist is booked for your wedding. If you have booked Chantelle & Crystal together the 20
mile radius will be from Islip.
